3. I wish to cancel my order, is it possible?

4. There is a lack of articles to my order, where are they?
We have a lot of suppliers, when you place an order, each vendor is in charge of a particular product. If you order five different items, you will receive five different kits, and they will arrive at different times (some will be faster, other slower).
