The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer then processes the orders, which takes up to 5 business days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to your doorstep. US orders are shipped by the US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 to 20 business days to arrive after the shipment date. We do apologize that shipment delays may occur if the package sent requires customs clearance/inspection, or due to transportation delays caused by the carrier service.

Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping for any orders exceed the amount of $50. We would appreciate your kindest understandings that an $7.49 shipping fee will be applied to order less than $50.
However, combining items from multiple orders into a single package won't increase the shipment fee. That is to say, you'll be charged only once for shipping all of your orders.

All expedited orders require a street address
Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes
Shipping available to 48 states in the contiguous United States. Currently, we are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska or U.S Territories giving the current situation.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once a product has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number in your email that you can use to track your package as it makes its way to you. Your order would be delivered within 10 days after your items shipped. If you live close to one of our local warehouses, you'll get your order within 5 days.
You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after your order placement. If you don't receive that email, please check your spam folder to see if you can locate it. This is especially important, because, if you haven't received the order confirmation email, you may also miss the emails with your shipment notification and tracking information. If you cannot receive the shipment confirmation and order tracking, please do not hesitate to contact us at

 Shipping Fees Of Return/Refund  

There are two situations of shipping fees for returning and refunding:

  2. Missing or wrong delivery.
  3. The item does not match the description/image.
  4. Missing accessories.

 Responsible by customer

  1. I don't like it after receiving the goods.
  2. The size is inappropriatefor me.
  3. Not the same as I expected

Respected customer, due to the special period of the virus epidemic, your order may be delayed.

Return/Refund Conditions

1. We accept returns of all complete well-packed items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

2. We accept returns from the original purchase of our questions. An order number or account email address is needed to process the return.

3. Once your return is processed, take the package to any post office or carrier outlet to have your package shipped to the address we send you in email. The shipping fee for the return will be at your own expense.

4.Quality problems(ripped, incomplete, shriveled, etc.) of the product are found within the after-sale warranty, please contact us immediately and send us clear pictures of the defective item. We can replace it after checking.

Please do not throw the product and its package before your problem is solved. We have several different packages for different products.

1. Please check the items, whether they are damaged or with the wrong specification before you open them.
2. Each order has only one after-sale privilege.
3. Replace, return, or refund is not available if you have used the product already.

Return/Refund Process

1. Please send an email to first, and we will write back to you as soon as possible. Please tell us the details of your order in the email: your name, order number, and the problem you have for this order. Please don't return the items to the address written on the package. And we'll send you the return address to your email.

2. Keep the original packing. Returning the product is allowed if the packaging is in good condition, and it does not influence the second sale.

3. Drop off your package at your carrier. Please provide a tracking number and website for tracking the logistic info after you return the parcel to us.

We receive your return package. We will check the parcel whether in good condition or not once we receive the returned parcel, and then we will handle the refund to your account by the return conditions.

Refund steps

Step 1: Please contact us at to request the exchange/return first. Our customer service representatives will respond to you within 24 hours.

Step 2: Please follow the instructions above to process the exchange/return. We would appreciate it if you could provide us with some photos as return material.

Step 3: You will receive a refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We’ll email you once processing your return or exchange. The credit card refund speed depends on different CC companies.

    Warranty Info

    Your purchase includes the following warranty. This warranty is extended only to the initial purchaser. No warranty registration is required.

    season4hunt product 1-Year Warranty
    All season4hunt products are covered under our manufacturer's 1-year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects. (All free Accessories are not covered by warranty service)

    Replacement Procedure:
    season4hunt will replace any and all component that is deemed to be defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipment) without user error.

    1: Claims
    All claims to this warranty must be made through season4hunt. and submitted to Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product is required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us at as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through season4hunt within 1 year of initial purchase.

    season4hunt will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. The customer needs to provide us with evidence by email.

    2: Shipping Damage Claims
    In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact and provide us with photo or video proof.

    All free accessories will not participate in the replacement or compensation if they cause scratches during transportation.

    NOTICE: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products.

    This Limited Warranty does not cover:

    1.Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use, improper storage;
    2.abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;
    2. Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by season4hunt;
    3. Product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible;
    4. Ordinary wear and tear;
    5. Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by season4hunt with the Products;
    6. Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse or improper use of any electrical source;
    7. Products used or purchased outside the United States.
